I have created a screencast-o-matic tutorial. You should check it out. It will show you tips on how to create and work with tables in WordPerfect. This can be really useful when you need this information integrated in a word processing document.

How to swim freestyle
Swimming is a great sport in that it provides both a challenge in a individual competition and team competition. Not only does a swimmer swim against all other swimmers for the best time, but as a team, they swim for points against the other team. Below is a video explaining the necessary components for the freestyle stroke.
Update: Hobby
I love to swim! It can be in the ocean, a lake or the pool -- or even the bathtub. I started swimming on our neighborhood swim team when I was nine years old, fell in love with it and continued on the team in high school. A few years after I married my husband asked me to get my diving certification which I did. We planned a trip to Cozumel and had the opportunity to go on three dives. There is such a peacefulness in the water!
When I had children, I passed on my love of swimming and signed them up on the neighborhood swim team as well as volunteering my time as a referee. When they were younger, our summer Saturdays were filled with swimming -- we just coouldn't get enough! We would come home from swim meets and then swim in the pool all weekend.
As far as hobbies go, perhaps this is considered as one of my hobbies in the summertime since I no longer compete. Of course, even our dog loves to swim!

Create a blog and post about a hobby!
So our first assignment was to create a blog and post about our hobby. As I was trying to think of what my hobbies were, I realized I simply don't have any. I am a mish-mash of hobbies left undone. Among some of the hobbies I have tried are ballroom dancing, flower arranging, gardening, and sewing. I realized I have no rhythm, can't arrange flowers, don't like the bugs or the bending over for the gardening and can't even draw a straight line much less sew one!
Sure, I start out with good intentions but realize (after too much money spent) that I simply don't have the time or the patience to keep up the hobby I thought I wanted to do so badly. Maybe my hobby is really school, working and taking care of my family. Can that be a hobby?
Still on my list -- World Poker Tour, cake decorating, cooking classes, and skeet shooting...when I have time!
